Nicole began her real estate experience employed at the front desk of Realty Executives Integrity. Dale Schaechterle quickly noticed Nicole had additional skills in marketing and communication. He promoted her to the marketing department within the company. Nicole secured her salesperson license in 2000, and was hired as a sales executive for Dale’s Home Selling Team. In 2005 Nicole secured her broker license and started a small real estate company in Dousman, WI. She worked closely with a builder, Timberline Homes and has continued that relationship today. Nicole has returned to Realty Executives and Dale's Home Selling Tema and is an exceptional sales executive in Waukesha, Jefferson, Dodge, Washington, Milwaukee, and Walworth Counties.
