Dale’s Home Selling Team was founded by Dale and Vicky Schaechterle in the mid 1990’s. After many successful years as a solo agent, Dale saw that in the rapidly changing and demanding marketplace, one agent alone could not meet the needs of the customer. Armed with years of real estate experience and a vision for a better way of serving his customers, Dale’s Home Selling Team was created.
